We are registered with the Law Society as a specialist to handle the administration of deceased estates. We offer our services to individual clients, as well as other attorneys, auditors and financial advisors.
ADMINISTRATION OF DECEASED ESTATES
This is the primary focus of our business, which includes reporting the estate to the Master of the High Court, the publication of notices and the transfer of properties in the estate.
WILLS & ESTATE PLANNING
This is a highly personalised service to advise and assist clients in drafting wills and testaments, as well as establishing inter vivos (living) and mortus causa (testamentary) trusts based on their individual circumstances.
PROPERTY TRANSFERS
We have extensive experience in the transfer of properties in deceased estates and we work in close association with a conveyancing specialist.
